ENTRANCE LEVEL
Beautifully decorated master bedroom with bathroom, king size bed, AC and mosquito net.
The second bedroom comes with a queen size bed, AC, and mosquito net. Both rooms have colored floors with artistic river stone mosaics and big closets. Guest bathroom with shells and river stones.

UPSTAIRS LEVEL
Spacious living area, kitchen and office space under a high palm tree roof.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee
maker ect.), the bar table seats 6.
The comfortable living area  (with a built in queen size bed-sofa) invites you to relax or watch TV (cable / DVD) .
There is also a desk (high speed Internet connection wireless or with Ethernet cable provided) where you can setup your notebook or write postcards to your friends.

TERRACE
A wooden staircase leads from the living area to your private, breezy ocean view terrace (with Jacuzzi, hanging queen size bed and benches with pillows).

COMMON AREA
The lush green yard (with secured entrance) is accessible for all tenants in  Las Brujas and has a small swimming pool, sun beds and a barbecue.
